Each bar snaps into its feet easily but firmly and can be disassembled and reassembled quickly.
Yes they are plastic but very sturdy and they dont slip over the floor, they feel planted and strong, im 94kg,
The unique angled grip makes a lot of difference and is very comfortable in use allowing you to hit chest or triceps as required.
Even though I am a gym goer I like these as I can spread sets over a few hours at home to give a different type of workout with lot of rest between. Highly recommend esp for the money.
