Good value for money but read the reviews
It's very good value for money. Easy to put together. However you just need to be careful and likely not suitable for lots of movement as can fall off which could be dangerous.

Great easy to put together
I brought this bar as I wanted something that was easy to put together and use. It’s great as you just place it above your door frame at anytime and take it down whenever.

Hello there,
The supplier has advised the following for the Opti Multi Pull Up Bar:
The thickness of the stop rail is 2cm. So, for safety, we'd suggest using it on a frame that's more than 2cm deep so that the bar can fully sit on it.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello 09stejon,
I can confirm that the width of the bar is not adjustable.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
Hello Luc,
I'm sorry to advise we can't help you through Q&A, but I advise that you contact opti Technical Support on 0345 600 1714.

Thank you for using Q & A.
There are plenty of highstreet stores you can buy dome nuts. Measure the size of the ones you have and you'll be able to buy some more the same size. I'm not allowed to drop a specific store name but a swift Google should find one. Somewhere you can buy nuts bolts and screws, for fixing anything you might need.
Hello Mickey mouse,
It appears the door would not close if the item is up.
I hope this helps
Thanks for using Q&A
Hi VK,
Assuming it is mounted correctly it will not damage your door frame.
Thanks for using Q&A.
I've used mine for a couple of years now and it hasn't made a mark at all ^^
Hello Kel,
The supplier has confirmed the following on the Opti Multi Pull Up Bar:
“ Yes, you can screw the vertical bar into the other two holes”
Thanks for using Q&A.
I found that one set of holes made mine a little loose so I swapped to the others so it was tighter and fits great. We're well over a year on and still going strong Love this bar it's handy to be able to just pop it up whenever the urge takes me.
