We enjoyed this hoop, easy to put together but the weight felt a bit strange - neither weighted (so not heavy) but not light enough to swing easily either.

The hula hoop works great, as a beginner in hula hooping I was able to assemble it which was easy to fix and the weight is right. It was easy to learn how to hula hooping with continuous practice of course.

Great hula hoop it comes all separated you click it all together which is easy for storage but please protect your hips as I got loads of bruises on my hips.the lady who served me gave me advice to put a towel around my hips but I didn't do that ( my own fault) so please protect your hips😊 so glad I brought this it's a great way to keep fit.

Hello Annie,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised: It depends on physical condition. Some customers will have bruising after using weighted hula hoop. Will restore after 2 or 3 days. Suggest beginning your training programme with a lighter hula hoop. Then increase the weight slowly.
