We bought two around 3 weeks ago as the advice and comments were somewhat ambiguous. Connected one, it worked brilliantly until we wanted to watch some other channels. So we had to use the second one. On line information should be clearer. All good now !!

Yes I had the same problem. It does work but as its Sky Q you need to buy 2 sets as sky Q has two of these cables
