The 11th generation iPad features a USB-C port for charging and connecting to accessories. These headphones have lightening connection so are not suitable for this ipad model.

I can advise that the Apple EarPods In-Ear Headphones with Lightning Connector can be used with an iPhone 11 but they aren't compatible with an iPad 6th Generation. You would need to purchase a lightning connector to 3.5mm jack adapter.
