Good but tainted now
I was happy I could order and collect really quickly. Great service from Argos. The woman who was working the front desk on collection was quite rude and abrupt which was a shame and handed me the product (apple headphones) in a damaged box. However, they worked great just what I wanted. Although, it’s been a couple of week and the pause/play button on them has broken - bit dissatisfied overall I’ve got to say. Thanks, Alex James

Good sound quality but I suggest getting insurance as, like most earphones of this type, Apple earphones don't last for as long as they should.

I normally hold the headphones in my bag and they’ve never broken or gotten damaged. They work perfectly as expected and they’re an everyday essential for me now

Reliable and clear daily earphones
The acoustics are well-balanced for the price, providing decent bass and excellent vocal clarity for phone calls and media. The shape fits comfortably in the ear for extended periods, making the ergonomics ideal for daily commuting. The in-line remote and Lightning connector make the interface incredibly straightforward to use with modern devices. They feel reasonably sturdy, though the cable might need careful handling to ensure long-term durability. Overall, a highly dependable replacement pair. Sometimes the pause, volume and skip buttons do not work but seems to fix itself when restarting my Iphone so likely a software issue rather than with the headphones themselves.

The 11th generation iPad features a USB-C port for charging and connecting to accessories. These headphones have lightening connection so are not suitable for this ipad model.
