Chimenea
I have had one of these for a few years now. Just bought another one for a family member as a Christmas present as it was commented on for looks and efficiency. It puts out a great heat and looks more expensive than than it is. I know it will be enjoyed for many years.

Wonky and a bit useless
The chimney is useless as the main body is totally open so not heat travels up! It is totally wonky as none of the holes line up to assemble it straight ! But I like it .

Not worth the asking price
The chickens this replaced was cheaper and considerably better quality. Thin metal, each section is slightly mis shaped so needs twisting to get together. Fixings are poor as well. If I hadn’t already set a fire in it I’d send it back. Don’t buy.

This could be down to the fuel you are using, hardwoods are usually more slow burning. Please also note the Chimenea must never be used with the lid fitted. I would advise keeping it covered when not in use, as this will stop water gathering in the bottom which can weaken the bottom of the item and also means emptying it when wanting to use it. Using a cover will help preserve the life of the item.
