Base has a very good weight, easy to assemble and looks stylish. Also purchased a dark green lampshade and both look great together. The floor button on/off switch is just the right size to operate with your foot.

The upright part is a bit wobbly…could do with being thicker and therefore sturdier and it would have been better if the on/off switcher was higher up rather than at floor level. I think it was over priced but it was reduced to about £12 in the sale the week after I bought it and that seems a fairer price.
