Faulty and inconvenient!
If I could rate a 0 I would! There had obviously been an error in pre-assembly as the parts of the pole intended to screw in each other had been ordered incorrectly (2 screw ends facing each other). No way to resolve other than attending a store (returns and replacements cannot be actioned without attending a store) making the whole thing quite an inconvenience, given I had opted for click and collect due to a busy schedule.
