You tried to rectify by sending me a extra bit of foam it helped slightly but now its sunk no support whatsoever so fed up my back hurts I don't know why you stopped making the last one which was perfect for me I only needed another because ive gone into a small double to make it easier for me to change the bed

Very comfortable
I bought this for a spare bedroom we have just redecorated and I’m told it’s very comfortable, looks great and delivery was quick.

No fit for purpose
I purchased a king sized mattress and it only inflated to 58” wide. The replacement only inflated to 57” wide. I had to jump through hoops to finally get the replacement mattress returned.

Superb product and service
I purchased this mattress 3 weeks ago. The reason for the purchase was because Argos were offering a deal not to be missed! It arrived much sooner than expected, and to go along with the fantastic deal, the mattress itself is wonderful. Couldn't be happier!

Pretty good but I'm not sure it's memory toam
This doesn't feel like a memory foam mattress because it's very springy. There are two layers of foam on the top. One is about 1cm thick and the other is about 1.5cm. Both these layers are springy and don't have the slow response that real memory foam has. So it looks to me like there is no memory foam in this mattress. Having said that, the mattress is quite comfortable and doesn't make you hot like memory foam does. The firmness should suit most people but don't expect to be enveloped in softness like you are with real memory foam mattresses. At least i is better than other cheap mattresses I have tried. I have only had the mattress for a few weeks so I cannot say how long this comfort will last.

I found this mattress quite
I found this mattress quite comfortable initially , but I am not convinced that it is right for me . I have slept in it for 2 months but I wake up with a backache . This is the 2nd Emma mattress I have had but wish now I had bought the original foam mattress again .
