I can advise the following for the Catherine Lansfield Dramatic Floral Shower Curtain - Pink:
The rings aren't provided as these are usually provided with the pole that the curtain is hung up on.
I have just purchased this item and NO CURTAIN RINGS ARE INCLUDED! Also noticed small print that it is also EXEMPT from Argos 30 day money back guarantee!!
