High noise near the ears
I bought this hairdryer / styler few months ago, but I returned it because of the high noise level. Since the brush head is very close to the ears during use, the noise was uncomfortable.

Ok product
I bought this item to try for short to medium hair, it's fairly easy to use and dries quite quickly, though it gets very hot on the higher speed, even the lower speed if used for a long time. It would be better if there were separate speed and heat settings

Gives hair a lovely shine
Bought recently, got 3 attachments which is good, it’s easy to use and gives my hair a lovely shine. However, the brush heads won’t grip my hair so unable to create volume. Not sure if it’s because of the little plastic balls on end of bristles or the fact it’s not got as many bristles as my old styler.

Great Styler and Light Weight
Bought this to replace the previous version I had for a number of years. With the blow dry nozzle I find it lighter to handle than a normal hairdryer and the smaller of the two brushes gives lift on my short hair. Would recommend

Easy to use. I have shoulder length thin hair and it works fine. Only criticism would be that my previous styler had additional groups of bristles and I think it held my hair better. But in general, quite happy and 2 different sized brushes are really useful.

Our supplier has advised that the BaByliss Keratin Shine Volume Hot Air Styler brushed can be washed by putting a small amount on shampoo on a damp cloth and cleaning them off. The brushed shouldn't be submerged in water.
Make sure to remove the brushes first before cleaning and leave the completely dry before using them again.
