Powerful mixer but poor design on whisk when cream
Powerful multi speed selection although the whisks don’t mix the butter and sugar into a cream for cakes, it leaves the butter chunky. I think they are a poor design but that’s just my opinion

Purchased couple months ago and found it to be as displayed on Argos site. Works well with both the attachments provided and seems reliable. Sturdy and powerful enough, but light enough to handle.

Does the job!!
I bought this as a replacement for my previous hand mixer which had broken. It does the job very well and I am very pleased with my purchase. It took me a while how to figure out how to pop out the beaters at the end of use, but now I know how to do it, it's fine. There are 5 speed settings, plus a boost setting, and it is much better than my old mixer.

Not fit for purpose
I bought this to help make goodies for Christmas, I was shocked when I read the instructions that it should only be used for 3 minutes then rested for 5 minutes. I don’t think that this is fit for purpose.

Switch off (0) and unplug the mixer, then shake any excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
Hold both whisks/hooks, to prevent them jumping out, and press e . This will eject them
from the drive heads. ”
