Rubbish. Cannot use the product
I received the hand mixer, read the ‘manual’, connected to electricity, and nothing happened. It will not even switch on. Contacted company 3 times to find how to return item to no avail. I would have a right to return this item as it was bought on the internet. I definitely have a right to return the faulty item without all the hassle.

Have used the whisk a few times since buying a two weeks ago and very happy with it. Not tried the dough hooks yet. Can't remember the last time i made a dough! Easy to use.

“ Please read page 3 of the instructions.
Switch off (0) and unplug the mixer, then shake any excess mixture into the mixing bowl.
Hold both whisks/hooks, to prevent them jumping out, and press e . This will eject them
from the drive heads. ”
