About this product
The PetSafe Automatic 2 Meal Pet Feeder feeds your pet on time whether you're at home or away. Use the dial timers to schedule your cat or dog's meals up to 24 hours ahead of time, in half-hour increments. With scheduled mealtimes, you can control your pet's portions to keep them happy and healthy. The removable inner tray has two compartments that each hold up to 355 ml of dry or semi-moist food. When you need to clean your pet's feeder, simply remove the tray and place it in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Easy to use
We bought this a few weeks ago. It works well. You can set it up to open at different times. I have only rated it 4 stars as the timer continues to tick even after the compartment has opened, so you have to remove the battery. Aside from that, it works really well, and I would definitely recommend it. It's easy to use and easy to clean.

Good feeder
The feeder works well so we can easily set up two portion meals when going away overnight. The only criticism is that you can't close the lids when not in use without taking the battery out.

Automatic cat feeder
Purchased recently so only used a couple of times but it is restricted to a 24 hr period so it's a bit limiting. Fulfils the requirements if you're away for a full day and worked perfectly, and I'd advise removing the battery when not in use.

My dog killed it
Thought this might be a good idea to try and stager smaller feeds for my dog. It lasted about 30 min, before it was picked up, smashed and half eaten t9 get the food out.

"All our feeders are intended for dry food only as none have a cooling feature.
Should someone chance it and put wet food in , it's at their own risk and as it depends on the food and environmental factors we cannot advise on seal or drying out of food."

Yes it makes a noise but it’s quiet light
used petsafe previously some years ago with good results.Cannot comment now as I bought twice! petsafe at Argos recently and had to return it immediately after the purchase twice! as on both occasions the timer did not work.
