The cat sits and waits
I have only used it a couple of times so far but it works really well. The cat however is now very upset as he can smell the food but he cant get at it as he would like too. He sits and waits..... its great for portion control.

Not a reliable product
I bought 2 of these for my cats and both cats managed to break into the feeder within 15 minutes. They're not very sturdy and I can easily flip it open myself when the timer is set.

Great and Reliable Product !
This was perfect for my two cats, as its clean and hygienic. With the generous capacity, its porpotionate for wet and dry foods. Its very reliable, when scheduling their foods, that I know my cats are fed on time.

Dog was able to open it
My dog was able to open it by pawing at the dial, turning it to zero. Thankfully I was there to witness it, because what if he accidentally set it to open far later instead? He would have been left hungry. Didn't feel comfortable using it after that, so was a waste of money.

Yes it makes a noise but it’s quiet light
used petsafe previously some years ago with good results.Cannot comment now as I bought twice! petsafe at Argos recently and had to return it immediately after the purchase twice! as on both occasions the timer did not work.
