Good for 2-4 years
My 3 year old loves this. Sturdy, doesn't fall over when they get off. You have to learn to the side to steer and she hasn't gotten the hang of that yet though.

Great scooter
Our daughter loves her scooter. It's sturdy and holds up well against a 2 year old. I looks nice and we love the colour. The only downside for us has been that the basket hangs quite awkwardly on the handle bars - almost seeming too big for where it sits. It is also easy for little hands to pull off! But a few well placed cable ties will sort out that problem.

"Our Mini Cruiser scooter turns by the rider shifting their weight and applying pressure to the handlebars in the desired turning direction. There is a mechanism underneath the deck that allows for a pivoting motion in the front wheel assembly, which enables the scooter to turn smoothly when the rider leans and steers."

No it's fixed in position. Also the handlebars don't turn. You steer by leaning in the direction you want to go.
