Excellent all in one food processor
I am very happy with this food processor. It does so many things that I have been able to get rid of several other appliances. I use it every day to make our family breakfast drink. It blends everything in about one minute, while my previous blender took two minutes to do the same job. The smaller to-go cup is also very useful when I only need one portion. It slices and chops food quickly too. For example, it sliced a cucumber beautifully in just a few seconds. The built-in scales are handy for weighing ingredients, and I have also used it for making dough and crushing ice. I particularly enjoyed using the crushed-ice function to make cold drinks during the summer. My only preference would be for a glass blender jug, as I generally prefer glass to plastic. However, the machine is so practical and versatile that I am happy to overlook this. Overall, it is an excellent all-in-one appliance.

A very useful jack of many trades
The Kenwood FDM73.850SS MultiPro OneTouch has plenty of positives going for it. Kenwood are a trustworthy brand with a good expectation of a quality product. This unit combines a number of functions using one core unit with interchangeable upper sections. Very handy to use the ice-crusher in the recent heatwave(s), it made swift work of some solid ice cubes. Vegetables were sliced with ease, be they softer ones like cucumbers or courgettes, as well as firmer items like carrots. The scales were accurate, this is an expectation but useful to be able to trust them. Making smoothies was easy work, the included travel cup is very handy. Perhaps it could have been a "cool wall" version to improve how cold the smoothie remains, the plastic one is OK for this but doesn't keep the smoothie cold for too long. The storage bag for the grating discs was useful, I would hope for another container for all the spare parts for when they aren't in use. It does otherwise take up a lot of cupboard space if you aren't planning to leave it on your kitchen counter for regular use. All in all, I was pleased to use this, it ticks a lot of boxes and does well what it says it can do. However just a bit of refinement and extra attention to quality-of-life improvements around safe and easy storage would up this to a 5 out of 5 product for me.

Absolutely incredible piece of kit!
This is so luxurious and has soo many different uses! Love that it all slots in to itself and has a bag for the sharps to keep everything not being used tidy in the cupboard. Also managed to save on space by donating our old coffee bean blender, smoothie blender and food processor as it has them all and more! The blender has so much power, I made hot sauce by blending the chillies first and there wasn't a single lump! The slicer made the slices perfectly uniform and great for pickling and would be fab for potatoes! The booklet that comes with it is also really informative of what can be used with each disk etc. Worth it's weight in gold! Would recommend and I have done to several friends recently wanting something similar. Really easy to use and is great quality

Great all in one Kitchen Helper
There are many features I enjoy, but, as a baker built in kitchen scale is an absolutely game changer . Weighing ingredients directly into the bowl is so convenient and saves time and washing up! It is very fast, powerful and versatile. It chops vegetables quickly and int different sizes. Setup is easy and it comes with various attachments including chopping blades, citrus squeezer, blender, ice crusher. I was slightly disappointed with the dough mixer which is not as good as the one in my bread maker. Although blades come in a handy case, wish other attachments came with a storage case. Overall, would recommend if you’re looking for a versatile equipment that handles various kitchen tasks.

Really impressed
I’m really impressed with the Kenwood MultiPro OneTouch Food Processor. The blender/processor combo unit feels solid and powerful, and everything I’ve used so far has worked flawlessly. It grips the counter well, blends smoothly, chops evenly, and the built‑in weighing scale is genuinely one of the most useful features. It’s already made my regular kitchen tasks quicker and easier, and I’m really pleased with how well it performs.

I'M IMPRESSED IT REALLY IS JUST ONE TOUCH FOR TASK
I’m so impressed with this food processor I can’t believe how easy it is to use, I’ve never used a food processor before. It really is ‘one touch’ When I opened the large box by just pulling out the two tabs I was overwhelmed with the amount of parts it had and my initial thought was that it would be too complicated for me to use as I’ve never used a food processor before. After studying the informative leaflet and familiarising myself with what was used for each task I decided to make some pastry which I normally do by hand in a bowl. I couldn’t believe how easy the processor was to use. It has built in scales (grams or ounces) which I reset to zero after adding each ingredient directly into the mixing bowl and once all the ingredients were in and I’d put the lid on I just pressed ‘dough’ and that was it job done - see video that I did (I videoed it by mistake as I was supposed to be taking a few photos so my reaction and talking is unplanned and unedited) The pastry I made tasted perfect, the time it took to mix really surprised me, it was done in a flash and I couldn’t wait to use the processor again which to be honest I didn’t expect to be saying as I thought it would be difficult to use but it was so easy and quick The jug, bowl and lids click and lock easily into place by a quick twist once seated The storage bag is small which the grating discs came in. I managed to store the whisks and the dough paddle in it too but I’ve had to put all the other accessories in a small’ish basket. When I was storing the bowl and jug they wouldn’t sit flat, this was because I had the lids locked on and this pushes a pin out on the base so once I’d unlocked the lid the pin went back up allowing them to sit flat I washed the bowl easily by hand I felt confident enough to try and make a smoothie in the large jug, on reflection I should have used the small takeaway glass beaker as the jug was too large for the amount I made. The ‘ice crush’ was very impressive although noisy and a little shaky. I added banana and fresh cream to the crushed ice and just pressed the ‘blend’ option, it was really tasty. There is a ‘clean’ option which I used after making the smoothie but it still needed a wipe down afterwards which was risky as the sharp blades are in the base but fortunately I didn’t need to wipe the blades as they were clean. When I tried the ‘pulse’ option to grate carrots I was very disappointed as there is no ‘plunger’ with a solid base (there is a tube type thing but half of the base is solid and the other is hollow and it couldn’t be used) to push the carrot down the tube so I had to hold the carrot in my hand until it disappeared and then I used the clear small measure tub to push it further. The carrot grated well but there was a lot left in the top that hadn’t gone down the flute into my bowl including a large long piece of carrot. I decided to try the slice side of the grater for the carrot which did a better job but I still had to hold the carrot down the tube If I had of tried the ‘pulse’ option first before using the ‘dough’ and ‘blend’ option I would have had no confidence to try other options so I’m so glad the the ‘pulse’ option was my last task The only negative things about the processor is the ‘pulse’ option which is also a safety risk as there’s no ‘plunger’ and I couldn’t find the ‘stop’ option when I needed it but later realised to press the ‘zero’ option other than this I’m really pleased with the processor

Kenwood, But Better! A Brilliant Upgrade!
I previously had a Kenwood food processor and really liked it, so I was excited to upgrade to the Kenwood FDM73.850SS MultiPro OneTouch. It’s definitely been an amazing upgrade and I’m really impressed with how much it can do. As a busy mum, I love having one machine that can do so many different things. It chops, slices, grates, blends, whisks and kneads, and the built-in weighing scales are a brilliant feature because you can weigh everything directly into the bowl. The OneTouch programmes also make it really straightforward to use, which is great when you’re in a rush or when the family want to use it themselves. The large 3L bowl is perfect for preparing family meals, while the personal blender is really handy for making a quick smoothie. I also really like the Express Serve function, as you can slice or grate straight into a bowl or pan. The 1,000W motor feels powerful enough for everything I’ve used it for so far, and it feels sturdy and well made. There are quite a few attachments, so it does take a little while to work out what everything is for, and you do need somewhere to store them all. It’s also quite a sizeable machine, so it takes up a reasonable amount of cupboard or worktop space. The fact that most of the parts are dishwasher safe is a big plus for me though, as there’s nothing worse than having loads of fiddly bits to wash after cooking! It’s not the cheapest food processor, but having previously owned a Kenwood, I do think the extra features make this a worthwhile upgrade. It feels like a really versatile appliance that can be used by the whole family and has already become something I’m using regularly in the kitchen. Overall, I’m really pleased with it. It’s powerful, versatile, easy to use once you get used to all the attachments and has genuinely made preparing food a lot easier. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade from my previous Kenwood — 4.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
