The Sony Cybershot RX100 Mark VII packs remarkable imaging power into a pocket-sized body that's ready for anything from travel photography to serious vlogging. With a 21-megapixel 1-inch sensor and an impressive 24-200mm zoom range, this compact camera delivers the versatility you'd expect from a much larger system whilst fitting comfortably in your jacket pocket. This camera excels in speed and responsiveness. Shoot continuously at 20 frames per second or use single burst mode for 90 fps to capture fleeting moments precisely. Real-time Eye AF works for stills and videos, while image stabilisation keeps shots steady even at the telephoto end of the 8x optical zoom. The touchscreen interface makes navigation intuitive, and Wi-Fi lets you transfer images on the go. I treated myself to this ahead of a trip to Costa Rica...once I adjusted the settings and took it off auto I really got some stunning photos. Recommend watching some YouTube tutorials to get the most out of this cracking compact. It's put my DSLR in to retirement.

Very sensitive camera
I bought this a couple of weeks ago to take pictures at our golden wedding anniversary party which was indoors at night, I didn't need the flash and the pictures were great.

Excellent camera, all round!
I did a lot of homework before buying this camera. In the end, I chose this for the in-built zoom, which is a real bonus. It was a present for my hubby, and I was a little concerned that some reviews had mentioned that it could be a bit fiddly. But he is more than satisfied with the autofocus, resolution, stabilization, and tracking, and the purchase of a Sony case made the camera better for using. He is delighted!

Fantastic purchase and easy to use.
I have used this camera for the first time this weekend and the pictures came out beautiful. Definitely worth the price and personally I think it is the better option to the g7x. The camera is easy to use as I am am not amazing with tech, the battery life is more than enough to last Several hours.
