Helped with my shoulder/neck pain
I had to unexpectedly work from home for a number of weeks and my desk set-up was sub-par leading me to get "mouse shoulder" an intense pain at the back of my neck towards the end of every working day. This devise really helped massage out the tension. I wouldn't call it pleasurable beyond 10 mins of use, it is quite intense but very effective.

The best massage I've ever had!
When I read the reviews with most of them saying it hurt and was way too strong I knew this was the one for me! I had stiff neck and shoulders for the last few years and could feel it every single day, a constant ache. I think the stiffness was due to tension and getting older. When I got it home I tried it for a minute before charging it up. In that minute of use my stiffness had completely gone! I really only need to use it once weekly or fortnightly for ten minutes for my stiffness to disappear again. I just can't believe what a relief it is and how thorough a massage you get with it. It's a bargain at the price too as you would pay £70 for 2 massages from a masseuse but you get unlimited massages with this and it's way better than any massage I've ever had. If you like a deep tissue massage then this is the one for you. I could not be happier. I bought this with my own money and was not a tester for the massager.

Absolute rubbish
Unless you’ve got a neck as narrow as a toddler, this won’t fit in the correct position to do the one thing it’s designed to do. Add to that the overly aggressive pressure (that you can’t adjust) and you’ll have a good idea of what you’re getting. Only got to look at the reviews to see that the positive reviews were part of a promotion. Returned for the Homedics massager which is much better.

Wife’s Christmas present 🎁
wife has been having neck and shoulder pain for a long time so did a quick search and came across this for Christmas she was really pleased and has found it really helps she can wear it while working from home so sitting in one position is no longer a problem.Great bye reasonable price happy wife easy life !!

Brilliant
This is great I had a very painful neck for a few days before I purchased this and as soon as I used it I could feel the difference. It is an extremely firm massage and probably not to everyone liking but I would highly recommend it if you’re having a problem. Only thing I would say if I didn’t really notice any heat coming from it at all.

Not bad at all!
This has to be the most life like massage from a device, alive experienced. I had another massager which has the rotating balls and got family members to do a comparison. Everyone preferred this one commented on how lifelike it feels. Like a big strong hand. You also have to be careful that big strong hand doesn’t grab you in the wrong place as it can pinch. To increase the pressure you simply pull on the straps. You can also lean back on it and increase pressure that way. Play around with it by moving it around and finding sweet spots. There’s no reason why you can’t angle it or move it to one side of back etc. It feels lovely on the lower back too. Try it on legs and wherever you feel you want a massage really. The only thing, that could be better is the heat feature. I don’t think it generates much heat. Then again maybe it’s not meant to? Overall it’s a good massager. I think it could be less pricy though. The cover seems removable but the zip pull is hard to get to. So not sure if you’re meant to unzip it or not. Would’ve been nice to be able to remove it for washing. But I am going to make covers for it so that I can wash them after other people have used it. It definitely is best massager I’ve used so far. And it’s helps that it’s chargeable and you’re not hooked up to the mains whilst using it. I can’t use it for more than a few minutes as it’s strong and a few minutes is enough for me. So the battery lasts days for me.

Great for neck massges - like human hands doing it. Definitely worth buying if you have persistent neck pain Also does legs but just gimmicky
