Happy with it , love the temperature range for tea
We brought this 3 weeks ago, after spending some time reviewing the range of hot water dispensers. We have had one which is variable volume but never felt it was hot enough max temp 80f . So finally decided on this one, and so far happy with it. Reason we are giving 4 star is because the water flow isn't very quick seems to take longer than our previous one. Also although various volumes they are fixed, so 100mls, 200, 250 etc when you cup takes a bit more than 250 , you have to set to 300 and press stop button. Previous one I could press the start button and walk away knowing it wouldn't overflow. Basically we are pleased with it, holds 2.7 litres which is good and has a filter, but we use spring water from farm so very soft anyway

Very good
This was bought for a member of the family who has difficulty lifting a kettle due to age and a shaky hand. The old kettle had become to heavy and there was a risk of scalding when being used due to weakness and the shake in their hand,This has reduced the risk. It was easy to set up. (just like a water filter jug) its easy to use (even by someone in their 80's) The simple touch control for temperature and volume are not hard to use,The water heats quickly so ideal for a quick cup of tea or coffee. I would say a standard kettle is better if you're making 4 or five cups in one go, but for just one ir two people this is great.

Marvelous
Perfect for what I was looking for. Fairly quiet, quick and suits me that you can select both volume and temperatures of water being dispensed. It's been really useful whilst I'm recovering from surgery and unable to lift a kettle. .

Great tasting tea
This is excellent, so much better than a kettle and the tea tastes so much better, wish I had had one of these a long time ago.

Great product - Better than my old Breville!
I find it difficult to puck up a kettle so this product is a life changer enablung me to get some of my independance back. Goid choice of settings, volume dispensed goes up to 400ml, variius temp settung go up to 100 degrees. If buying this product you also have ongoing costs of buying filters, for me this gives a better tasting cup of tea. The only downside to this product is you can fit a jug underneath the dispenser. When first setting up, take of the plastic cover from the display. There are no instructions to say to do this, not good for someone with sight problems.

Hello LilNic000,
The supplier has advised the following for the Caso Design HW 660 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser:
“ From turn on the volume and temperature need to be set of which the first click gives you 50 degree and volume 100ml, this is a safety feature of hot water dispensers and so would be unlikely to find one that gives 100 degrees and 300ml from first turn on.
The CASO hot water dispenser does remember the last programme as long as it is not turned off at the plug therefore once it has been set it would remember the 100 degrees and 300ml ”
Thanks for using Q & A.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Caso Design HW 660 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser: CASO hot water dispenser filters last up to 6 weeks or up to 160 litres. This of course depends on usage and the hardness of local water supply. For optimal performance and to maintain water quality we recommend to replace the filter within this timeframe. Regular replacement helps ensure effective reduction of limescale, chlorine, and other impurities, thereby prolonging the lifespan of your appliance.
Thank you for using Q&A.
