Compact but Convenient
Fab water dispenser, wish I’d bought the bigger model now

A improvement on the automatic kettle.
The caso H660 is good, quieter than our previous hot water cup dispenser. It is of a similar size to our previous one. The water filter is a nice addition, but I can not see where I can purchase more when this is full/congested? or how do I know when? It good to adjust the water temperature to what is required, and the volume required. The only disappointment is when you press the pause/stop icon, it doesn't stop immediately so it can easily overflow the cup/container. It is also difficult to position a small tea pot under the outlet. We are still getting used to topping up the reservoir before it reaches the minimum level and stops half way through dispensing the hot water, which then waiting for the water to pass through the filter before we can use it again. Even though it may be minimal it uses electricity when it is not being used, by eliminating the lock button and a (zero) figure. I assume that if you switch off at the wall socket you will then need to reset the hardness calibration.

Mostly Accurate
This product is easy to use and the temperature of water provided is mostly accurate… For 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 for 250ml I measured in the cup once pouring had completed at 41, 50, 66, 72, 82,90 and 91. I measured the 60c twice and it still resulted at 66c in the cup. The 100c setting produced +99c at the output nozzle but clearly cooled due to the slow output. The unit holds a good amount of water and the amount doesn’t make it too heavy if you want to remove and fill the reservoir. It remembers the last settings as long as you leave it powered on. You can use it without the filter. In fact it will hold more water without. We have soft water here and having tried the filter cannot detect any difference. The filter does slow down the filling process so if you plan on using it you may want to fill up more regularly. On a final note, and the reason it gets 4 stars, is that the steam from the output flows over the control panel causing it to get wet and using the panel to stop the flow or keep continuous flow running means having your hand in the steam.

Looks stylish with great features
I recently purchased this caso hot water dispenser to replace my old breville hotcup which had lasted for many years. It was more expensive than other brands but it has functions that other cheaper ones dont. One of the main function i liked was the ability to not only select the amount of water being dispensed but also select the temperature of the water too, depending on the drink being made. It also has a water filter, a decent sized water tank and a cleaning button. The machine let's you know when this is needed. I had read other reviews that said they'd had issue with water temperature but I haven't experienced this problem. I love the size, shape and design of the machine, it fits perfectly on my worktop and is an attractive addition to my kitchen.

Great hot water dispenser
Great machine. My husband has been wanting one for a while and he has this one at work too. Different heat and volume settings. No need to wait for a kettle to boil, it's at the desired temperature straight away.

Hello LilNic000,
The supplier has advised the following for the Caso Design HW 660 Turbo Hot Water Dispenser:
“ From turn on the volume and temperature need to be set of which the first click gives you 50 degree and volume 100ml, this is a safety feature of hot water dispensers and so would be unlikely to find one that gives 100 degrees and 300ml from first turn on.
The CASO hot water dispenser does remember the last programme as long as it is not turned off at the plug therefore once it has been set it would remember the 100 degrees and 300ml ”
Thanks for using Q & A.
