I bought this phone because my previous installation was not working properly after the BT digital switch and the previous phones were old. Easy to install and use and the facility to require all unknown calls to announce themselves has stopped the torrent of scam calls

Very disappointed
Having owned this purchase for a few months now I have to say that it has not met my expectations by a country mile. The number display moves from right to left far too quickly. Why can't it display the while number on screen? The volume for myself, who is hard of hearing, is far too low and cannot be turned up to an acceptable level. Can't get it to ring more than 6 times before it goes to answer phone. The instructions for use are very confusing. Overall I wish I had never bought it and am trying to save up to replace it
