With 6 programmes and Vario Flex baskets this dishwasher offers flexible and practical loading solutions for all your different styles of dishes. Want to speed up a cycle? Combine your preferred programme with the Speed Perfect option and the run time will be shortened by up to 66%. Does not apply to pre-rinse or express programmes.
Perfect drying results with less energy usage - When you unload the dishwasher some dishes can still be wet. Perfect Dry dishwashers use natural minerals called Zeolith which absorb the humidity from the cleaning phase and transforms it into warm air to help dry your plates.

Replacement dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a replacement for a Series 4 Excell machine which lasted 14 years before it became not cost effective for repair. This model was chosen after a fair bit of research. This new machine was installed two days ago so these are my first impressions. I give this model five stars because over all it is a decent dishwasher. I won't mention all the pluses because they are covered by other people. However, I have three criticisms. There is no indication of the progress of the cycle which I have found useful on my last dishwasher. It would be useful to know whether it is washing, rinsing or drying. Secondly, the cleaning process is not easy to understand as it seems more complex than my previous dishwasher. The information in the booklet seems at odds with the information on the website. Also, there are three products involved in the cleaning process whereas previously there was only one. Third point. The feel of the machine is not as substantial as my previous dishwasher. Everything feels lighter. Perhaps it's cutbacks on materials. Ending on a high it is a great product and if it lasts as long as my previous dishwasher I will be a satisfied customer.

Great machine and cleans well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cutlery tray and find the cutlery comes out cleaner than my old one with the cutlery basket. The middle shelf is adjustable in height. There is more space on the bottom shelf now there is no cutlery basket. The machine cleans well and is very quiet on the standard setting. I am using the app and use remote control as it has an option to complete a tick list of what items you are washing, how dirty they are and which features are important e.g quiet, dry, clean, efficient etc it then selects the appropriate programme and you start it from your phone. The app lets you know when the programme has finished. We previously had a Bosch and decided to stay with the brand and I am very pleased with our new machine as it is quite spacious and cleans well with plenty of diffent options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall positive experience but it has its flaws. A sandy residue lodge in the corners of the dishwasher after each washing cycle, same residue is there on some cups and glasses. I regularly do an empty cycle and as we're a family of 4 people I use the dishwasher almost every day. It could improve on the corners and the glass washing. I like the cutlery drawer and it's very quiet. I also like the varierty of washing cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this since Nov 2023 and delighted, hasnt missed a beat, cleans and dries well, thoughtfully laid out internall and gene4ral just been great. Kids keep sticking magnets and sticker on it and it has also been drawn on by youngest but it wiped clean. 18 months in and happy to recommend, wifi functionality handy also. Little bit more expensive that our last machine but been worthwhile. Only slight negative, the missus says it takes longer than last machine, however I believe this may be related in getting the efficieny and energy rating better so I am fine with this.

Is this model an improvement on previous series 6?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Short answer is yes, but........ This dishwasher was bought to replace a SMS67MW00G bought in 2019. The replacement was necessary due to leaks into the undertray that occurred three times under warranty, and twice when the warranty expired. Both machines have similar specs with Zenolith drying, are very quiet, and contents come out clean, dry and sparkling. I am very happy with the new machine which has the very useful wifi connectivity. Very easy to set up through the app. However, the new machine does not have the plastic rack across the rear of the bottom basket that the 2019 machine had. I cannot wash champagne flute glasses, or tall Kilner jars, by standing them at the back, as the new machine has no rack. The panel display is now much smaller and difficult to read. True the control can be done from the app, but the 2019design was ergonomically better. The door now has sharp corners. I have a small scar on my shin to prove it.

The drying facility is particularly impressive, unless you have a cup or mug sitting horizontally when you will get a small residual amount of water left. My only criticism is that if you accidentally lean against it you can inadvertently switch it on!
