Splendid bike!
My granddaughter was delighted in receiving this bike, from me, for her 9th birthday. It’s so well made, no complaints at all.

Nice bike but parts missing
The bike it nice, my daughter loved it, and was excited to get it on her birthday. Unfortunately parts were missing and the help line is open 8-4 whilst I’m at work. We will have to take it to a bike shop and pay extra to have it fixed and put together as the instructions are confusing when it comes to the breaks. It’s a shame as was her only present this year due to the cost.

Pretty bike in perfect size but heavy
This bike is very pretty and it's size is perfect for my daughter. The reason I gave 3 stars is that it arrived with damaged reflective light and some scratches but it was a birthday present so we couldn't spoil the surprise and return it. Also the bike is quite heavy as for a child.

Very poor
I had to return this item as there were pieces missing and the basket was broken.

Head ache!
Bought this as my little girl has been asking for a long time for a new bike she really like this one so we purchased it. In the process of building it we notice there were no peddles. Call argos they sent a us a replacement got the second bike fixed it all together for then the handle bar being very loose as there was a part missing. Had then dismantle all again to get a replacement. As my daughter liked this bike she only wanted this one. They sent another replacement 3rd one... It fine but the brakes were faulty askes argos of they could fix the bike id be happy to pay but refused it was such head ache. However ive kept the bike had a to get it fixed by someone eles rides well but they need to check what they are sending out.
