Great item, spoilt by lack of instructions
Earphones are great and work perfectly. Only criticism is total lack of instructions apart from a few pictures on the box. Had to google how to pair these with my TV. I like to think I am reasonably OK with tech but a few lines on how to pair these with your TV would have been a bonus

It does not. The Active Noise Canceling tech in our headphones typically reduces ambient noise by about 25–30 dB, which helps with everyday distractions like background chatter or engine hum, but it’s not meant to block out all sound completely for you or the person on the other end.
