About this product
You're ready to train at home with proper equipment. This Opti dumbbell and barbell set lets you strengthen your whole body. It includes two bar lengths and spinlock collars for quick weight changes. You'll adjust from light to loaded in seconds. The vinyl plates are latex-free for comfortable handling.
The spinlock system secures weights firmly on both bars. Use the dumbbells for curls, raises and presses. Switch to the barbell for rows and chest work. Add weight to squats and lunges to challenge your legs. The steel bars hold firm throughout every exercise.

I got this for my 13 year old grandson and he loves it. Sadly the staff didn't give me the poles to lift the weights and that disappointed him, myself and my daughter on Christmas morning. I felt like I had let them both down and he was so excited about setting it up in his bedroom. They have recently moved house and his bedroom is very large compared to the old flat.
