Bought this brand as i I already had a tapo camera. It was easy to set up and works great. Love how easy the app is to combine devices and there is no monthly subscription to watch the footage back. Wish it was a bit nicer looking as it is quite long and clunky looking

I bought this nearly a month ago now and it is amazing, saw some reviews about awful picture quality however I think is great. Love that there is no subscription for saving footage and the chime as I never hear my doorbell go off so the extra chime in my living room is a godsend

I have nothing bad yet to say. because I didn't want to re-wire my electrics, I bought this rechargable one and so far the battery has lost 20% in a month meaning that I may just need to charge it up 2 or 3 times a year. May need subscription to replay back videos on your mobile (you get 1 month free trial and I pay £8 for 3 TAPO cameras, so 1 camera maybe £2-3 a month) otherwise can replay them on SD card

Step 2: Clear the app cache and format the SD card in the Tapo app again to see if that resolves the issue.
Step 3: Try using a different High Endurance microSD card.
Step 4: Insert the SD card into another camera or a computer with an SD card reader to check if the SD card can be formatted or recognized by those devices.
