Easy to use/handle, quality product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, comfortable to hold, nice features and the attachments are really neat and work well. Hair looks amazing without having to straighten after. Feels safer for my hair and doesn’t feel unhealthy! I also love how sturdy it feels, I can tell irs really good quality and well manufactured. I use it on a much lower heat than recommended and still turns out great.

Not as reliable as I had hoped
I bought this in November 2024. It has started to frequently cut out. I have looked up the problem and despite doing as recommended, the hair dryer still cuts out. I have contacted Customer Care and hope to receive their assistance asap.

Game Changer
This is my first purchase of a "proper" hair dryer. I have lived my life buying whatever was available at the local chemist. When the market came out with hideously expensive hair dryers, I figured they were only worthwhile for people with thick manes of hair. Mine dries in 5 minutes. It doesn't dry any faster with the Shark, but it looks a whole lot better. I can now get it sleek and straight without the additional use of straighteners. If it gets a little frizzy in humid weather, the smoothing attachment takes care of it in a single pass. I am getting used to the volumising brush head, but more practice is needed. And I might then have a go with the diffuser to see if I can get a decent amount of curl out of my naturally wavy hair. All in all, I love this dryer and am looking forward to packing it up on holiday as it's lightweight and foldable. No more hotel hair dryers for me. I am enjoying being well-coifed instead of having to tie my hair back just to get it out of the way!

I am sorry, but it doesn't do what it says on the box or adverts, maybe I am doing it wrong. It was extremely hot on my scalp, also my hair was flying all over the place instead of being nice and sleek, the only good thing so far is that it did dry my hair quicker than my old hairdryer.

The QuickSmooth Brush has 2 types of bristles. One type is a high-heat-capacity nylon, and the other is boar. The nylon bristles are larger and help in combing and detangling, while drying at the same time. The boar bristles help promote grabbing, smoothing, and shining, while seamlessly distributing your hair's natural oils.
We don't provide this information, but we can advise it is no louder than other hair dryer. With this said, it has a 1700 watt motor.
