Emulating the style of BMX scooters from the 80s and 90s, the Razor Flashback BMX Style Scooter is ideal for kids over 8 (up to 100kg) and teens alike! We've focused on creating a smooth and comfortable ride for your child, so the kick scooter has 12" tyres for a smoother ride on uneven terrain and dual handbrakes to give your child more control when slowing down. The length of the scooter deck has been increased to 44.5cm to give your child plenty of room to stand up easily and stay put with the perforated grip tape.
VINTAGE DESIGN: Inspired by the old school BMX scooters of the 80s and 90s, we've designed this kick scooter with bright and bold colours to show off your child's style!
SMOOTH RIDE: The included 12" pneumatic wheels on the scooter provide a more comfortable ride on uneven terrain.
RESPONSIVE BRAKING: Dual front and rear hand brakes on the scooter give your child more control and stability when slowing down.
EXTENDED DECK: We've extended the deck length on the large wheel scooter to 82 square inches to give your child plenty of room and added grip tape to keep them on their feet.

It doesn't but only needs a few parts to be fitted. They confirm that "The minimal assembly required is attaching the handlebars and wheels. There are instructions in the manual to assist customers with this."
