Inspired by the style of BMX scooters from the 80's and 90's, the Razor Flashback BMX Style Scooter is ideal for children over the age of 8 (up to 100kg)! A smooth and comfortable ride is important, especially on uneven terrain, so the 12" tyres and dual hand brakes that control both the front and rear wheels give your child a smoother ride. The scooter deck has been extended to a length of 44.5cm to give your child plenty of room to stay steady, and with the perforated grip tape, they'll stay put too!

It doesn't but only needs a few parts to be fitted. They confirm that "The minimal assembly required is attaching the handlebars and wheels. There are instructions in the manual to assist customers with this."
