About this product
The Majority DX10 is a straightforward desktop speaker that brings clearer, fuller sound to your laptop or PC without any fuss. With 10W of power driving two compact speakers, it's designed for exactly the spot where you work or study - boosting the audio for video calls, Spotify sessions, YouTube videos, or whatever you're streaming through your day. Just plug the USB cable into any port for power, connect the 3.5mm audio jack to your device, and you're listening within seconds, no drivers or software needed.
Everything's controlled from a single button on the speaker. One press switches it on or off, and a twist adjusts the volume, so there's no hunting through menus. The compact design fits neatly either side of your monitor without taking up desk space, and because it's USB-powered, no extra plug socket is needed. It works with Mac, PC, tablets and phones via the 3.5mm input, and there's a headphone jack for when you need to keep things quiet. You get a 3-year manufacturer's guarantee, and at this size and simplicity, it's the kind of upgrade that just works.

does what it's supposed to do
Decent speakers that do what they're supposed to do. The only downside is that although the sound from the speakers themselves is fine, plugging in a headphone using the jack at the front of the speakers results in a low audio quality from the headphone. The problem is solved when plugging the headphone directly into the PC, instead of through the speakers.

Hello Jaz,
Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black.
Yes, you can connect them to DJ decks using the 3.5mm audio input, but they are basic speakers and not designed for professional DJ use.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Hawk,
I can advise the following for the Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black:
Yes, it can be plugged in the above method. You can also connect the Aux to the computers audio output as well and have the cables going to one place and not two.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Alex
Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black
Yes, you can connect the Majority DX10 PC Speaker to a monitor. The speakers require both a USB connection for power and an AUX connection for audio input. Simply connect the AUX cable from the speakers to the monitor's audio output. Ensure that the monitor has an AUX output, as plugging in the USB connection alone will not power the speakers.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hello Dexter,
Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black

Hello there,
These Majority DX10 PC Speaker do have an aux-in connection on the front of the right speaker.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi Rush,
Thanks for your query about the Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black.
These are designed for use with a PC or similar device. Also, they require the device has both a USB connection for power and an AUX connection for audio input. Most TV's have USB sockets to connect other devices but not to power/charge those other devices. Whilst I cannot be exact without knowing more about the TV's specs, it is unlikely to be compatible.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Amy,
I can advise the following for the Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black:
Apologies, this is a 3.5mm jack connection.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Steve,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Majority DX10 PC Speaker - Black: ''To optimise audio output when using headphones plugged into the DX10, the customer should first increase the volume on their PC to the maximum level, as the speakers follow the PC's volume setting. They can then use the volume knob on the speakers to lower and fine-tune the audio for their headphones to their preferred level.''
Thank you for using Q & A.
Hello AP,
From the information we have available, I can advise the Majority DX10 PC Speakers require both a USB connection for power and an AUX connection for audio input. Simply plugging the USB connection into a monitor will not be sufficient for the speakers to work, as the USB connection alone only provides power. You will also need to connect the AUX cable to the audio output of your monitor or another audio source.
If your monitor has an AUX output, you can connect the AUX cable from the speakers to the monitor. Otherwise, you might need to connect the speakers directly to your computer or another audio device.
Thank you for using Q&A
