About this product
The Habitat Wooden Folding Chair gives you extra seating when friends drop by or you're hosting a bigger meal. It's solid wood throughout, so it's sturdy and holds up well to regular use. The folding design means it packs away flat to just 7cm deep, so you can tuck it behind a door, under a bed, or in a cupboard until you need it again. It works as a spare dining chair, a home office seat, or just handy seating wherever you need it. There's no assembly needed, just unfold it and you're sorted.
The solid wood frame and legs keep everything stable when you're sat down, supporting up to 100kg. The wooden seat holds its shape and stays comfortable for everyday use. It arrives fully assembled and ready to use straight away. A quick wipe with a sponge and warm soapy water keeps it clean after spills or marks. At 3.1kg, it's light enough to move around easily but solid enough to stay put when you're using it.

I bought this item as a bedroom chair because it fitted a gap between a wadrobe and the bed. The colour was good for us, because the bed etc matches it. Because it's foldable, we can also use it as a spare dining chair for Christmas, if needed.

This is exactly as described. It is slightly heavier than other folding chairs, however it is also fairly sturdy (much more so than I thought at first glance), easy to use, stable and surprisingly comfortable. Good value for money.

The seat is 38cm wide and 37cm in length. Yes a 40x40 seat pad would be suitable.

The only size that changes is the depth.

I would think so, very often i might put a cushion on, seat pad may be better you can tie it to the chair. I really love this chair, quite sturdy easy to fold.

Would think if you are buying 2 they should be fine. I have one which was bought with a habitat folding table. Couldnt manage without either, so good for a number of purposes
