The cover is very soft and pleasant to touch, however it is also a very thin cover. The bottle did not retain the heat sufficienly and so was not the quality I expected so returned for a refund on the basis of it being unsuitable for it's purpose. I was issued a refund so was very pleased with the customer service I received..
