Lower back support is great as the lower strap is thicker and tight in the right place. Overall feel is great- wore it for an hour with a 10month old in and I was pleasantly surprised. I also love the colour and texture of the carrier. Really great quality.

Our supplier has advised that the Dreambaby Journey Baby Carrier (3 Way Facing) Grey straps cannot be crossed at the back. The straps are adjustable to fit your needs.
