The Vax Gator Cordless Handheld is one of those vacuums you reach for when you need a quick fix. It runs for a solid quarter of an hour on a full charge, which is plenty for sofas, car interiors, stairs or those crumbs that always end up in the corners. At just over a kilogram, it's properly lightweight, so you can hold it overhead or reach into awkward spots without your arm getting tired.
It features a compact dustbin that empties easily, and the retractable crevice tool is built right in, so you're not hunting around for attachments. The motor gives you enough suction for everyday messes, and because it's cordless, you can take it anywhere without trailing cables. It charges overnight, making it ready when you need it. So easy to use for picking up dust, fluff and bits
Great little hand held vacuum that eats up dust and fluff with no problem. It is a little messy to empty as it is bagless, but it is worth the trouble! So easy to use for picking up bits in between getting out the big hoover!

Handy hoover
Have only had a few opportunities to use but initial feedback is ok. Not as good as our Dyson handheld but wasn’t expecting this to be the case at this price point. Keeping as a handy hoover in a motorhome, easy to empty, the filter can be a bit fiddly to clear of debris. Worth noting the relatively shorty run time, 15mins is about right and the long recharge time, several hours at least! Would have been great to have a wall mounted recharge cradle as well….

Save your money
Takes 15hrs to fully charge for approx 15mins of usage. Doesn’t pick up pet hair very well and the pull out crevice tool slides back in and doesn’t lock. Suction is good but not great. Overall disappointing tool. Dust pan and brush would be more effective. Save your money
