Great value for money
I finally gave in at the age of 64 and bought myself a cycle helmet. It fits me perfectly and I should have bought it sooner. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't look too ridiculous. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Battery operated and weak
It doesn't state that this tens machine is battery operated. Though it says theres various strengths there is not. You either can’t feel the current or it hurts, there is no in between. I miss the old Kinetik tens machine. I was hoping it would be better than the old one, it is far from it. I sent it back, when youve got sciatica you need the machine to work consistently.

total and utter waste of money!
I bought this for back pain as I didn't want to keep using pain killers ...it done absolutely nothing at all i could feel a tingling at the highest setting ...definitely would not recommend....wished I could return but used the sticky pads

Glad I bought it
I must have a weakness in my lower back, for I pull ligments there about every 12-18 months. I put off getting a TENS machine for years because of the price and a lack of confidence that it would work, but this machine is reasonably inexpensive and has changed my mind on that. Don't get me wrong, it has been no silver bullet for my back pain, as I suspect any TENS machine would be for me - hence only 4 stars - but it has definitely and materially helped me bear that horrible first week or so of extreme pain after pulling my ligaments. It has a wide range of settings (from gentle to a real workout) and the 4 pads stuck well to me on multiple occasions, it was simple to use. I'm glad I bought it, along with painkilling tablets and topical gels and icepacks, it has become a vital weapon in the armoury for future occasions.
