It's suitable for any fitness level and designed for home use. The detachable handles add upper body exercises to your routine. There's a bright LCD screen and wrist strap remote for easy control.
The compact design slides under your sofa or into a wardrobe for storage. Resistance bands and stretch bands come included for versatile training options. The footplate has textured beads that massage the soles of your feet. You can mount the handles in narrow or wide positions. Everything works together on one compact plate.

Very pleased with this vibration plate!
It’s amazing. We only have it for a couple of weeks but I can feel the benefits. I suffer with hypothyroidism and it helps my circulation, digestion. I am sure there are other benefits but as I said, too early to notice. Used by both of us and any other visitors daily and works great. Love the options on intensity. I stand on it and also use it for my upper body and I love it. Sturdy.

Item really good, I brought a month ago for £145 had to be refunded £10 as the watch is not included as this is the old version advertised took a couple of weeks to sort out, so check before buying or wait for price reduction/updated version comes with normal remote.

Yu definitely dont get the wrist remote or the nutrition guide. Mine arrived yesterday.
