It's suitable for any fitness level and designed for home use. The detachable handles add upper body exercises to your routine. There's a bright LCD screen and wrist strap remote for easy control.
The compact design slides under your sofa or into a wardrobe for storage. Resistance bands and stretch bands come included for versatile training options. Very pleased with this vibration plate!
It’s amazing. We only have it for a couple of weeks but I can feel the benefits. I suffer with hypothyroidism and it helps my circulation, digestion. I am sure there are other benefits but as I said, too early to notice. Used by both of us and any other visitors daily and works great. Love the options on intensity. I stand on it and also use it for my upper body and I love it. Sturdy.

The supplier has advised the following for the Bluefin Fitness Ultra Slim Plus Vibration Plate - Black that the Ultra Slim Plus operates within a frequency range of 6-12 Hz. For lymphatic drainage, the recommended frequency is around 30 Hz, which the Ultra Slim Plus is unable to achieve. The only vibration plate we offer that can reach 30hz is the 4D vibration plate.

The Ultra Slim Plus has a Hz range of 5-12 Hz. The 30 Hz figure relates to a different model and does not apply to this machine. Our only vibration plate that can reach 30 Hz is the 4D vibration plate, which offers a Hz range of 6.4-40 Hz.

The Ultra Slim Plus Vibration Plate – Black has a true height of 13.5 cm (H13.5 cm), which is suitable for your 14 cm storage clearance. The 17.5 cm height listed on the website is incorrect and refers to the packaging dimensions, not the actual product size."

The plate has a wide, non-slip surface designed to accommodate larger feet, and users with size 13 feet have used it comfortably. You may have to stand with your feet angled slightly or closer together depending on your stance, but it will still work effectively."
