About this product
This Hisense WF5S1245BB washing machine is designed for washing clothes with a generous 12kg capacity, making it ideal for larger households or bulky loads. Customers Say
Large 12kg drum, very quiet, and efficient auto dosing system praised. Some users find controls complex and have issues with spin dryness and fabric softener dispenser. App connectivity is a highlight but can be tricky.

Good all round washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually m really happy with this machine I love the fact you put your laundry liquid and fabric conditioner In the machine for a good few washes it takes only what it needs for different wash cycles I can't connect to internet I have no idea why that's why I only gave 4* I do like a gadget Happy with machine washes really well have to adjust spins for each wash

Excellent Value
It is a fairly quiet machine that takes a good load and washes well. The auto wash is probably what we will use most of the time.

Glad we brought it
It's only a 4 star as we are currently battling an issue where the machine gets it's knickers in a twist at the 8 minutes to go mark. It seems it's something to do with drainage but I'm sure we'll solve it. Sissy from that it is excellent

On the hole, very happy
Nice looking machine, very quiet and blingy. I only wish it gave you more freedom to build a wash cycle to what you need and also I wish the door wasn’t black or it had a light built into the door to see/check on it washing.

Nice buy
Very hard to decide on what model to buy and what features are worth having. Hisense was a good choice as it’s well priced with all the practical features we would ever want.

Great Washing machine
I bought this washing machine because of the sale price and the fact that it has a 12kg max load. I particularly like the auto dose feature. I'm not sure yet on all the cycle options. right now I'm using the 'Auto' wash option. I would point out that the depth of the machine is a little bigger than my kitchen counter top so it does stick out a bit further than I would prefer. other than that its great.

Yes it does.
I queried 5 year warranty with Hisense and they said they know nothing about it,
I then went back to Argos and after being transferred all over the place I was promised a call from the supervisor within 48 hrs unfortunately Argos never got back to me.
I am still trying so sort it out. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Argos, and will never buy anything like this from them again.
