Constant sound sync issues
This TV coupled with a theatre 6 sound system should be amazing. Unfortunately the sound is always falling out of sync with the picture, requiring a TV re-boot to get the sound and picture synchronised again. For what this set up cost, this constant aggravation is unacceptable.

Very unreliable, not what’s expected of a sony
The software is terrible. All sorts of glitches. Has been repaired by Dony after only 6 months. And it still has glitches!!!!!

Giving 4 stars because I haven't found all the right settings yet, but it's a really nice piece of equipment.

Great TV well worth the money
Really pleased with this TV. Picture quality is superb and it was easy to install. Also bought the Sony theatre sound bar which includes a stand alone sub woofer and this provides fabulous sound quality

Had this tv a couple of weeks now. Superb picture quality and sound is incredible for such a slim tv. No sound bar needed.

Ok. But wish I'd stuck with Samsung.
Swapped from Samsung to Sony about 3 months ago and wished I had kept my 3 year old Samsung. Picture is good on the Sony but I have tried many settings to get the sound to sync with my freesat box and ps5, its ok to start but drifts out over a short period, so I have to turn off and on to get it syncing again.

Watching this tv isn't a nice experience
TV looks nice. Sound is tinny and within a month of buying the tv we had five different updates to download. Every time we download these updates it throws out the sound synching the sound is sometimes up to a second ahead of the mouth of the person on the tv. It, eventually, corrects itself but it spoils the 'experience, of watching such an expensive tv.

Great TV
Terrific picture quality and excellent sound. The build quality is excellent and the choice of placement of the feet to accommodate a sound bar is a good piece of design.

A big Improvement
Replaced my old Tv. This new one is so much brighter faster and good sound. Very Pleased.
