GREAT SOUND & PICTURE QUALITY
This is second Sony Bravia I have had the previous one was 49” and was still as good as new after six years. I bought this 55” TV in Late January 2026, I believe I made the right choice as it was easy to set up and the picture and sound quality is excellent and there is such a large number of apps to choose from. We find it is easy to use it’s just about getting used to it. I have tried using to voice control and it works well, but I am still getting used to variety of controlls BRILLIANT 55” TV from Sony

From a 15 yo top of the range Samsung, this does everything I wanted that to do ! Seamless integration with receiver, PS5 and NAS box, it sets everything up for you with plenty of options to adjust but haven't needed to.

Bought this to replace another Sony Oled tv that had screen burn. That one was less than 5 years old so I’m hoping this lasts a lot longer. Always bought Sony tv and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. The picture is first class.

Good TV - but blemished by GOOGLE TV O/S
Thy physical TV is fine - elegant, and the picture is high quality. However, the "operating system" for the TV is "Google TV" and this bombards me with unwanted and irritating advertising. Even when the setting is changed to "Apps Only" there is STILL some advertising which cannot be removed. Surely SONY can bring pressure on Google to cease and desist from this ghastly practice?

I tried to register my TV for 5years. But argos purchase not accepted.
This is the message I received from sony warranty department.
While validating your participation, we concluded that we cannot accept your claim because the reseller Argos where you bought the product is not a participating reseller in this promotion. To check which resellers are eligible or to get more details on this campaign.
Argos not participating with sonys promotion. Would be nice but big lost.
