Too big
Had to return this item without even in using it as it seems to have a design flaw. Changing between the containers and locking in place is not easy. Also there is small part that would just drop out the bottom. The unit itself is far too big. I can’t comment on how well it works as I never got on to that stage and simply returned it.

Just poor
Poor product, would still have to get another. Won't blend peppers smoothly and in few mins after being switched, an odor comes out of the engine. Not worth it although, I must say the blender works magic in making cake batter.

Confusing instruction and Difficult assembly
Not easy to assemble. Tried everything I could to make the blender jar fit. The blender didn't work. I applied to return the blender back to Argos. One of the staff spends minutes trying to make the blender jar fit also. And just because the blender blender worked there at the Argos office. I was told they cannot accept a return. It's a shame now, because the blender is useless to me as I had ordered for another blender make that won't stress me to assemble. I had always liked Kenwood products but this one is not good for me.

Forced to buy new Food Processor!
I bought this product a few weeks ago as my old food processor finally gave up the ghost! I bought the same make hoping it would be similar to my old one and in some ways it is only better of course. It's easy to use, not too 'singing and dancing' and has all the features I need. Not used it many times but would recommend.

Well designed
Used my nectar points to purchase this; have yet to use it however the product design feels very nice. I like the suction cup feet that will prevent movement on the worktop whilst the item is in use, and that all of the tools can be stored neatly inside the bowl.

Great little piece of kit
This really is a great little product that does it all. It acts as a food processor AND blender, so you can chop, slice, grate, knead, purée, and mix pretty much anything your heart desires. Its versatility doesn’t come at the cost of its quality either, each of the options works really well, making this a fab addition to any kitchen.

A fine cut above the rest
Well it’s been a while since I’ve had a blender and this is a bit easier on the kitchen space which is great. It comes with the main mixing bowl as well as the jug for containers, the jug being great if you want to try making your own smoothies, if you prefer your smoothies cooler it’s able to crush ice also but I didn’t try this function as I have sensitive teeth. The chopping and slicing functions save a bit of time in the kitchen doing it manually with a knife and blitzes through is seconds, I feel when summer gets closer this is gonna be ideal for me with salad prep and grating cheese or even making a coleslaw. It has 2 speeds to help with more demanding items or a pulse function if you want more control. I think I’ll try experiment with making soups down the line but unfortunately this can’t handle hot food so I’ll have to let it cool first before blending then have to reheat to eat after which is a shame but overall a great little multiprocessor.
