Touchpad Not Working No Customer Support Argos
I bought it 5 months ago and the touchpad stopped working, argos does not honor the 1 year reapir/renew policy and sending to lenovo support. Unfortunately lenovo support keeps on AI generated support pages and can not get human support. This is a Hardware issue as it happens in BIOS too but the support pages always try to fix the windows software . I am in a loop and unfortunately regret buying this laptop. I can't get it replaced with the same with Argos.

Loving the new laptop, my only quibble, (possibly as I looked at so many) on different websites, I did think it was a touchscreen, I didn't use it all the time but I miss the ability to. Otherwise happy.

Speedy replacement and reduced price
Needed a fast replacement. The screen is great, the battery life good. I think the weight specification is out a bit compared to reality. Snapdragon is okish, probably not as fast as similar intel but power consumption is way down.

Great, fast little laptop
Bought for my daughter for her school work & revision. Great laptop so far, fast and responsive and seems strong - last laptop, from a different brand, the hinges kept breaking - I cant see that an issue on this one

Avoid avoid if you plan to game
Be very careful! Cannot run all games like Apex due to Arm64 CPU not being supported by Anti cheat. I got this as a gift for my younger brother as a uni/ casual gaming laptop and will have to return as you cannot advertise a laptop as a gaming laptop when most games anti cheat will not allow this laptop to run games. Fortnight only just fixed this to allow arm64 after years but most games on steam will not work
