You're setting up for a home workout session. This WonderCore Smart is built for core exercise at home. It's got adjustable resistance settings you control. The compact design folds away for easy storage. You'll find an exercise and nutrition guide plus online portal access included.
The machine works with sit-ups, crunches, push-ups and bridge exercises. It supports forearm workouts and scissor kicks too. Built-in systems provide support during traditional core exercises. The frame is designed to stay stable while you work. Everything packs down neatly when you're done.

Great but see comments
My third one. The first two both failed within 12 months with same same fault, a broken spring. However I love using it for regular exercise. As the first two were both replaced under warranty by Argos without any fuss I'm still happy but just hope this latest one lasts at least a couple or more years

It does, but only if its in all the packaging. Ive only had mine 4 months, and already the adjustable knob on the one arm wont tighten,so cant adjust the resistance, and I havent kept the box so cant exchange it

The manufacturer states 120kg is the recommended maximum weight limit on this WonderCore Smart. It works out your entire core upper, middle, lower abs and obliques.
