About this product
Solid pine and designed to last, this detachable bunk bed with storage is a sturdy and versatile choice your kids will love. It separates into 2 single beds, and the full-width drawer with its durable castors makes brilliant use of that underbed space! In a simple and timeless style, this painted version has reversible head and footboards, so you can choose either a panelled effect or smooth. As singles, the ground clearance is identical on both beds so they'll be the same height side by side.
Comes with 2 Habitat Kids Rae Comfort Open Coil Single Mattress. Foam free, chemical treatment free and hypoallergenic for healthier sleep, they're perfect for growing children. And being single sided, you won't need to turn them.
To split the bunk into 2 single beds, you will need to do a spot of reassembly, moving the longer legs to the headboards to make both beds the same height. Just follow the step-by-step instructions.

Strong, solid, well made
With the physical size of this, I was expecting some lateral movement once built and had factored in bolting it to the wall. But to my surprise, it is extremely well built and really solid. One of the boxes is really heavy so make sure there is someone there to help you carry it. Overall, really good quality and the kids love it.

Great value, lovely bed
Great value, comes with full good quality mattresses. Looks lovely when up. Sturdy and comfortable. Storage drawer is a really good size. Kids find the ladder steps a little uncomfortable on their feet but that's going to be same with any ladder of this type.

I did get a professional to put it together as I cant do that type of job. very happy with it, the panelled edges make it look more expensive. Mattress’s are comfy too!

It’s a very lovely bunk bed, great to look at, just blends in seamlessly with any modern decor. It looks very clean, neat and fresh. It Is not the sturdiest bunk bed and creaks a lot if an adult leans on it or sits on the bottom bunk even though it states that an heavier adult (90kg) can sleep on the bottom bunk.

There is 110.6cm to the upper side of the slats in the upper bunk. The mattress is 16cm thick. Height from floor to top of mattress is 126.6cm

At the time of writing Argos don't sell the drawer shown in the photos separately. But we do sell the Argos Home Aspley Single Under Bed Drawer - White 459/1261 which is similar.
