I have had it a few weeks and setting up was easy. I haven't used all the features but pleased with what I have done so far. Slightly more clunky than my 15 year old Office Jet Pro but hope it lasts as long.

Brilliant product and service!
Had this 1 month now. I was going to buy a laser printer with the amount of printing I do. I connected with the online chat with a member of the team and they were brilliant! I bought a cheaper printer that fit exactly what I needed and went with the instant ink feature.

The worst HP printer that I have ever bought.
This is by far the worst HP printer that I have ever bought. The setup is complicated and difficult. The screen on the printer is virtually useless, as all the controls have to be set up on the laptop using the HP Smart App. I have spent hours just trying to set up the scan-to-email option that is usually quite easy to set up. In the end I was only able to scan to a folder on my laptop. I would never buy this printer again and would rather trade it in.

The print quality is fine but mapping scanning/copying to a folder on a laptop / hard drive is impossible. In fact HP are replacing my printer as they were unable to solve the problem and have decided that it must be a software problem. This replaced a similar HP printer that was condemmed by them after only 3 years.....

A good buy!
This Printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9122e replaced an older model 8020 and is far better using a much improved colour screen with more positive Apps. Print quality is superb together with speedy printing.

Yes you can use it immediately. There are 4 colour individual catridges. Black, Magenta, Yellow and Cyan. Therefore, 2x4 catridges meaning 2 of each colours are provided inside the box. It is best to subscibe to the HP Instant Ink subscription straight away. After set-up they will honour the 3 months free period and then they would take payment from your account after that to the cost of whatever paper printing amount per month you have chosen. They can help if you are experiencing any problems.

From the information we have available, I can advise the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e AiO Printer comes with 2 x ink cartridges. To receive the 3 months instant ink you will need to register to receive them through the post.

Printing is duplex - double sided - but the scanning is manual, meaning that you can only do 1 scan at a time. However, if you want to scan more than 1 pages and keep them all together, it will allow you to add further scanning and add further scanning until you complete your scans. Therefore, you may scan however way you want to such as, in order 123, 127, odds or evens. It is exactly however or whatever order of pages you want to scan. This is a beautiful product from HP and you will enjoy it!

The specification states that it supports auto duplex printing but not scanning. The scanning needs to be handled manually. Scanning all odd then even pages, the software supports this and allows you to do this easily.

I agree exactly with the previous answer that the scanning section of this beautiful machine will only allow you to scan 1 page at a time, but it is easy to use and user friendly. Once you master it you just scan as you please and however you please manually giving you the option to add further scans on the same scanning period keeping all the materials you wanted in the same place. Fantastic!

Apologies, this doesn't have the option to feed double sided documents to scan. This will only scan a single side at a time.
