Great clarity
Thrilled with these binoculars, images are so clear, no fogging problems, great distance range. Ideal for bird watching. Would not want them to be any heavier, but as expected as per the description. Nice carrying case with long adjustable strap.

Great set
Bought these binoculars for work, didn't want ones that would be too large/heavy. These are perfect for my needs.

Poor quality
The cord holding them around my neck suddenly snapped and they fell to the ground. The visual quality was very poor. I returned them.

Hello Lindilou,
I can advise the following for the Celestron Outland X 10x42 Binoculars:
The Outland X binoculars come with twist-up eyecups that can accommodate both eyeglass and non-eyeglass wearers. If you don’t wear eyeglasses, simply twist the eyecups counterclockwise until they reach the up position. Conversely, if you wear eyeglasses, ensure that the eyecups are in the down position to maximize your field of view. The eyecups can be adjusted to positions between fully up and down, which may be more comfortable for some users.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Celestron Outland X 10x42 Binoculars: ''Whist these binoculars are not made for stargazing, you will get closer views of the Moon, and will see more stars vs the human eye. Stargazing binoculars such as the Celestron Skymaster 15x70 (CAT 932/8518) or 12x60 (CAT 729/6752) are specifically made for stargazing as they have larger lenses that let in more light and more powerful magnifications.''
Thank you for using Q & A.
