Interesting name, isn't it? But honestly, this is a twin lamp that offers something for the whole family. A contemporary alternative to more standard floor lamp designs. With an uplighter that reflects a soft glow to illuminate a wide area. While the lower adjustable task light is for reading, writing or even completing a puzzle. Individually dimmable, the floor lamp comes with a rotary dimmer switch.
With a modern brushed chrome finish, this is one good-looking luminaire.

Poor. Uplighter is not adjustable and not very bright. Reading lamp blew the bulb and.fuse but I have kept it and use it as an extra illuminator.

Putting it together was impossible due to one end being dented. Even if it was not damaged it is not a simple task putting it together.

Just what I wanted, eventually !
I bought the lamp to replace one which had served me well for about 30 years. It requires two bulbs which are not included. The assistant kindly did a search on the computer and was able to find one of the two bulbs. The second was a different type and not sold by Argos ! When I got home I found that the bulb which WAS stocked was not the correct one for the lamp as it needed to be dimmable. I was unable to actually use the lamp for a week as I had to buy the two bulbs from different suppliers on-line. Once I finally fitted the correct bulbs I was very pleased with the lamp. May I suggest that Argos stock the necessary bulbs to avoid customer disappointment and delays?
