This has made my granddaughter so happy she loves it. That's the most important thing but as for the service...it was awesome, easy to order and updated in real time. Well the young man that I collected this superb toy from was polite, professional and had a smile on his face

Looks good but difficult to operate
I returned this item because it was too difficult for a 1 year old baby to operate. I replaced it with a peek-a-boo elephant that's much more baby friendly
