The 17cm wide plant pot can NOT fit into the hanging basket. Since the top diameter is 14cm, it’s suitable for the plant pot with the same diameter or smaller.

Its not. Much smaller than stated. Might be 18 at its widest but the top is only 15cms so useless for a larger pot.
