Don't bother!!
Don't bother buying this if you want to toast normal sized bread. At least 3 inches of a normal slices stick out the top of it so you either toast it twice & get a burnt bit in the middle or cut it in half!! Completely useless.

Smaller than my last double toaster. The lead on this though is ridiculous. You have to literally put it right under the socket as the lead is not long at all

Struggles to brown on lower levels!
Had this a while now, and I'm utter disappointed that the toast browning levels are shocking! I've had to turn the dial almost all the way up to get any kind of colour and crispness. Really disappointing for such a well known brand.
