Does not boil water to desired temperature?
As pointed out by another reviewer, this doesn't seem to boil the water to the desired max temperature. Note to avoid Russell Hobbs in future!

Mix up but product is fine
I ordered the silver but got black. Kettle is fine but disappointed on the mix up. It was a house warming gift along with several other SILVER items. It was too late to exchange.
