Ok bathroom scales
These scales are good value for money, as they were on special when I purchased them. However, the display cannot be shown in stones and pounds which is disappointing. I’ve also found that I have to have my phone open and with me in the bathroom for it to record my weight. Just a bit of a faff.

Excellent - looks & performance 5*
Purchased to upgrade a previous set of scales. So far, excellent all round, in particular: - Ability to handle multiple family members effortlessly - yes, registering the device app on multiple phones takes a few seconds as you have to momentarily disconnect the Bluetooth from the 1st connected phone before connecting the rest, but once all are added, it's perfect - Really gorgeous design - sleek design, solidly built, really really elegant and looks and performs way beyond what it should given the price we paid - So far it seems weirdly very accurate - this is comparing it to the body composition measuring at the local gym. I don't know how it does it but it's great. - Very accurate with the basics - the weighing element is really spot on and inline with the GP and the gym as our mom is in the process of increasing her weight and muscle mass after a short spell of being poorly. All round, excellent and couldn't be happier. Last tiny thing, batteries included! Not that I would have minded buying them but to find them in the box was a great surprise as I could just pop them in and start using them. Great.

Digital Scaled
Bought these scales to replace an older smart scales, overall so far they appear to be decent scales, nice and compact. They do the job, quite a lot of different measurements and a free app. Although the app does the job, it could be better, it might be me but I find it a bit confusing, luckily it syncs with Apple health and Withings (my previous scales) which I personally think are much better apps. If you want a decent scales I recommend them.

Not Accurate
Really disappointed!!!! This review is based on my opinion with regards to accuracy of the data provided . I use scales at my gym to track to training progress , obviously data is collected through my feet and hands and the scanning processes is obviously going to be more accurate using the scales in my gym unlike these little bathroom scales, however the numbers that are shown on these bathroom RENPHO scales are completely inaccurate. It’s very misleading if you are using these to track your progress and following this data. Firstly protein can not be measured accurately through just the soles of your feet, it’s a guesstimate . Data can not be measured accurately through your feet, the electrical current that runs up your leg will stop at the top of your leg and rest of your body isn’t really measured, so the scales will make an estimated guess for the rest of your body. When compared to my gym analysis , they are nothing the same. I train 6 times a week, I run marathons, I’m a size 10 in most clothing brands, I’m 5ft 5, weigh under 9 stone and according to these scales I am obese ……. But not according to my gym scales. Buy them, they’re fun to use but don’t take them to seriously as they are not accurate by any means. If I’d kept the box I would have returned but unfortunately for me they are not helpful , so will remain using and following my gym scales.

Hello Lisa.
After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Renpho Smart Body WiFi Bathroom Scale - Black.
When you select to view your weight in "st/lb" in the app, please note that the app will display your weight in stone, rounded down to the nearest whole number, and then display the remainder weight in imperial pounds.
1 pound = 16 ounces
So, 0.4 pounds = 0.4 × 16 = 6.4 ounces.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Nikki

Hello Matt,
The supplier has advised the following for the Renpho Smart Body WiFi Bathroom Scale - Black:
“ The smart body fat scale works with the Renpho Health app, not the Strava app. If you use an Android phone, you can sync the measurements to MyFitnessPal, Health Connect, Fitbit, and Samsung Health. For iPhone users, measurements can be synced to MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, and Fitbit. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hello Ange,
The supplier has advised the following for the Renpho Smart Body WiFi Bathroom Scale - Black:
Yes, you can use the digital scale without the necessity of accompanying it with an app. It will provide you with accurate measurements of weight whenever you need. For this, App use is recommended though as you’d have more limited features without it.
Available Metrics without App: Weight only.
Available Metrics with App: Full spectrum of body metrics.
They also advise: “For the smart scale, we strongly recommend pairing it with our dedicated app to take advantage of its full capabilities. While the scale will still measure your weight without the app, it requires the app connection to unlock its full potential and record comprehensive body metrics such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, water weight, and more. Using the smart scale in conjunction with the app will ensure you have access to detailed insights and a holistic view of your health and fitness progress.”
Thank you for using Q&A.
