Wonderful e-Reader
I bought this device to replace an aging Kindle Oasis. Amazon have done away with models that have physical controls so after some research (you can move your books over from one ecosystem to the other - instructions are easily found to do this online) I decided to switch to Kobo. I'm very happy I did. The device is much quicker than my Kindle and things seems better thought out over all - the user interface is much more sensibly laid out. I like the way the Kobo automatically groups series of books together for you and how it will offer to mark a book as "finished" when you stop at 96% because the rest of the book is just random blurb about something else. The colour is subtle but it's a nice touch - I don't read things like Manga so not such a big deal for me - and the screen is clear and easy to read. There is a slight (and I mean slight) amount of grain because of the colour screen but I haven't marked it down because it hasn't made any difference to my reading. The Kobo ecosystem is great - just as good as the Kindle one - and the VIP system where you can accumulate points to spend on books is much appreciated. I'm really glad I made the jump and won't be looking to go back to Kindle.

Kobo libra E reader
I brought this as a gift for my husband for his birthday and he’s not put it down yet nifty little gadget very pleased with the product

Screen is not crisp.
I bought this and everything was great apart from the screen which lacked the crispness of the black and white Kobos and seemed to have a greyish tinge the light had to be turned high, whereas on my old black and white I hardly had to use the light. Would be great to have the same model in a black and white version. So I returned it and will continue with my old one until it dies completely then decide what to do going ahead. I am resisting Kindle because I like to use library books but might have to go that way.

Great device for night reading
I've had a Kobo Libra for years. A family member had my old one and it lasted about ten years before the battery gave out. Now they want a new one so I've opted to buy them a Libra. It's a great little device, really handy for night reading

Nice ergonomic e reader
Had this a few weeks now. Nice e reader. Colours are subtle but have a nice hue. Sits comfortably in the hand and buttons ideally placed to reduce any strain. Swapped from an old kindle and I much prefer this. The kobo store is not as intuitive possibly but you can find what you need. Got this in a black friday deal with an additional offer to reduce price by £50 off rrp. Would probably have balked at paying full price, but thats just me.
