Fantastic light to enlighten winter months
Bought this therapy light to help with my morning routine throughout winter and I felt the benefits almost instantly. The light is well made, consistent and compact enough to sit on a bedside table and not take up too much space. Price, quality, functionality all 5 star

Brilliant, handy, works!
If you take medication such as pain relievers, antihypertensives or antidepressants, consult your doctor before using the daylight therapy lamp. People with retinal diseases as well as diabetics need to be examined by an ophthalmologist before be-ginning to use the daylight therapy lamp. Please do not use if you have an eye disease such as cataracts, glaucoma, diseases of the optic nerve in general and inflammation of the vitreous humour. If you have health concerns of any kind, contact your general practitioner! Free from UV Free from flickering Sit as close as possible to the lamp, between 10 cm and 20 cm. You can go about your normal activities while using it. You can read, write, make telephone calls, etc. Every so often, briefly look directly into the light, since the effect results from the eyes/ retina receiving the light. Use the daylight therapy lamp as often as you want. However, the treatment is at its most effective if you carry out the light therapy according to the prescribed time period of at least 7 successive days. The most effective time of day for the treatment is between 6am and 8pm and we recommend that it is used for 2 hours per day. DO NOT look directly into the light the whole time you are using it, however, since that could lead to overstimulation of the retina. Start with shorter periods of illumination, which you increase over time. manuals.c0.uk/beurer/tl-30/manual?p=11

Nice and bright device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little device. It’s about the size of a tablet, and provides very bright white light. I find it excellent o light up my workspace as otherwise it’s quite dark in my little corner. It was particularly good for the dark winter months. However I haven’t noticed my mood improving due to the light so that’s is why I only have it 4 stars

Use for 2 hours a day for maximum mood booster :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for over a month now and have noticed a big difference in my moods and I just feel better in myself. It’s best to use between 6am -8pm and I use for 2 hours a day. 1 hour when getting ready in morning and 1 hour when home from work. It sometimes feels to bright but it’s worth using this in winter months. I also suffer with SAD syndrome so this has been amazing for me.

Daylight therapy lamp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the daylight therapy lamp is effective when it comes to sufferers of SAD like myself, however, I do find that the brightness can trigger headaches and migraines. Unfortunately, for that reason, I have to ensure the lamp is facing away from me which does defeat the purpose. I do wish the brightness wasn’t as intense so I could use it to its full potential

A lifesaver for a busy SEN mum.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy SEN mum, I rarely get time for myself, and the darker months leave me feeling drained. The Beurer Daylight Therapy Light has been a game-changer. It’s compact, easy to use, and perfect for boosting energy and focus while I juggle school runs, paperwork, and sensory play. Unlike harsh artificial lights, it provides a natural daylight effect, lifting my mood without strain. I can use it anywhere, whether helping with homework or grabbing a rare quiet moment. After just a few days, I noticed a real difference in my motivation. If you struggle with low energy in winter, this is a must-have—because SEN parenting doesn’t stop, and neither can I! Highly recommend.

This is absolutely fantastic and has helped me thr
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an absolute Godsend over the winter and I'm so happy and thankful that I got to try it out. My friends have one but I'd never tried it, saw that it worked for them and didn't think they'd be within my budget. Well I was very wrong about that! This Beurer daylight therapy lamp is so reasonably priced and definitely worth the money, so I wish I'd have bought one sooner. I've been going through a tough time lately and I'd really missed the sun to help cheer me up. I sat in front of this lamp for up to 20 minutes per morning while I had my coffee. It's 10,000 lux at approximately 10cm's away which helped massively. It comes with its own little pouch to keep it clean and the instructions are really easy to use. It has LED technology and is UV free! It is light enough to carry in a large handbag, easy for travelling and storage and comes with a 3 year guarantee. The only downside to this is that it HAS to be plugged in to the mains for it to work, which was inconvenient for me as I had to plug it in where I couldn't sit comfortably. Otherwise I'm really impressed with it and have recommended it to friends who thought it was fantastic!
